John Ferguson brings more than two decades of experience in streamlining operations and driving business excellence. He has led projects for organizations including the Canadian Red Cross, Royal Canadian Mint, Rogers Communications, Ticketmaster, the University of Toronto, TD Bank, and CIBC.
His background spans commerce, computer systems technology, accounting, auditing, forecasting, and modeling. Before founding DML, he built technology-led businesses focused on operational performance and growth. That mix of finance, operations, and technology continues to shape DML's approach to servicing healthcare clients.
